Number one on the list- The originals 

 

Synopsis- It is the spin-off from the vampire diaries. It is about a family of vampires that existed for over one thousand years. The family is ready to be in charge of the city they once left. Nothing will stand in there way to get control and power even if it means having to remove anyone standing in there way. 

Give it a chance, I was a bit hesitant at first but honestly it is a series full of action, romance, tension and suspense. One of the best vampire series I have ever seen in my lifetime.

Number two on the list- Shadowhunters 

Synopsis- On her 18th birthday, Clary Fray finds out she is not the person she though is. Clary's life is turned upside down from that day as she is thrown into the world of shadowhunters. Her mother is kidnaped by demons and its is up to Clary to save her with other people she meets along after discovering the world of shadowhunters. 

This is a series that someone will enjoy if they are interested in demons and hunting, weapons (blades and guns), romance and action. Moreover, Shadowhunters is from a book series called the Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare.

Number three on the list- Bitten

 

Synopsis- Elena aged 28 is the only female werewolf to exists. She is torn between having a normal life with her werewolf world. By her side is her werewolf family. Elena is trying really hard so her two worlds never collide together. Now is is in a dilemma and has to make a decision. What will she choose and what will happen?

Bitten is a series that left me with a very good impression. You get to see a different kind of werewolf series than the normal ones. It gives empowerment to young people especially women as they are going through teenagers to adulthood. A plethora of people can relate to the struggle the characters are faced with as they are very close to reality.
